Delivery and Shipment Policy

  1. Orders are processed and shipped to customers in the United Arab Emirates within a 24 hour timeframe and outside the UAE as dictated by third party courier service. Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays.
  2. In the occasional case of delays, you will be duly notified beforehand.
  3. Shipments outside the United Arab Emirates are done via Courier service.
  4. All customs, taxes, duties, tariffs etc accrued in the shipping process are borne by the customer.
  5. Shipping charges are billed during processing and invoicing.
  6. All products are shipped brand new (or used when indicated) and in perfect working condition with standard safety-compliant packaging as provided by manufacturers.  
  7. You will be contacted via phone and/or email confirmation once your order has been shipped to your location.
  8. AKSA Trade will not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. For third party courier services, if you received your order damaged or lost, please contact shipping courier to file a complaint or claim.
  9. www.aksatrade.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  10. Multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
